To be a Saudi citizen

He must be of good conduct and behavior, and he must not have been previously convicted of a crime involving breach of honor or trust, or a disciplinary decision of dismissal from a public office has been issued against him, even if he has been rehabilitated
To be medically fit and of sound senses
He passes a written examination prepared by the competent department
To pass a specialized training course in the field of documentation in accordance with the controls specified by the regulations, unless he has worked (for a period of no less than one year) as a judge, notary public, legal or legal advisor, or taught jurisprudence and its principles in one of the Kingdom’s colleges
