SSP engages with the stakeholders to clearly understand the entity’s
vision and mission. Following this, it conducts a position
classification review at the senior manager level and at the first and
second levels to identify the key roles within the entity, considering
its size. Based on this review, SSP prepares a smooth succession
planning framework and approves it.
