The Digital Solution should be Complete (MVP).

The innovative digital solution should be compatible with the experiment targeted solutions.

The applicant should be owner of the innovative solution or his representative in an official capacity, and that he has a proof thereof (patent - intellectual property).

The applicant must complete the pre-determined probationary period prior to start of the probation.

The applicant must complete all preliminary data and confirm its correctness for completion of application procedures.​
