An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce, which enables beneficiaries to electronically convert a company into a sole proprietorship without visiting the Ministry branches.​​

Documents and supporting papers required to prove the partners' decision to the notary public:

Bring the original card for Saudis and the original family book for women and minors.

The presence of the parties or their representative (in the event that women attend without a new national ID, a reference or two witnesses are required).

Attach and bring the authentication of the agencies from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice (if the agency is from outside Saudi Arabia).

Attach and bring the articles of association + the commercial register of the company and the partner companies or institutions.

Attach and bring the foreign agency after it has been authenticated by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice and translated and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce (if any).

Attach and bring the heirs' inventory deed (if any).

Attach and bring the original endowment deed (if one of the partners is an endowment institution).

Attach and bring the articles of association of the partner joint stock companies.
