The service enables the licensee to request an extension of building materials quarry licenses for Class C minerals.

Pay the license application fees and fulfill other requirements for granting this license as determined by the regulations

Commitment to pay surface wages and the minimum financial compensation for exploitation, and commitment to pay financial compensation for the actual exploited quantities if they are more than the minimum mining capacity.

The applicant’s identity must be registered in accordance with the Kingdom’s regulations

The applicant must disclose that he has not declared bankruptcy, or that he has been subject to a bankruptcy procedure

The executive officer must disclose to the applicant that he has not been convicted of any criminal offense during the past three years

Choosing a site within the mining complexes. If the application site is outside the mining complexes, it is necessary to obtain an inspection license for the requested site. This excludes the licenses required for government projects.

An agreement must be submitted with the licensee to obtain a building materials quarry license for the requested site, or part of it if it is an application site 

A building quarry license, or part of it that overlaps with the location of a valid exploration or exploitation license
