The service enables real estate development companies to apply for renewal of marketing licenses for off-plan sales projects inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for existing projects outside it.

A copy of the project ownership documents, and evidence of the approval of the project by the competent authorities in the project country.

When the number of projects is from 3_5, the value of the guarantee is 3 million riyals, and from 6_8 the value of the guarantee is 5 million riyals, and from 11_20 the value of the guarantee is 10 million riyals, and from 21_50 the value of the guarantee is 15 million riyals, and from 51_80 the value of the guarantee is 25 million riyals, and from 81 and more, the value of the guarantee is 50 million riyals.

Provide evidence of the eligibility of Saudis to own real estate in the project country.

A pledge from the real estate marketer not to receive any amounts or sign contracts of any kind within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and his commitment to address all complaints and violations resulting from him in this regard.

Submit all documents in Arabic or translated into it.

Pay the costs of the foreign marketing license (35.000) thirty-five thousand riyals for the first issue valid for a period of two months, and to renew the license (15.000) fifteen thousand riyals for each additional month.
