• A valid commercial registration that includes the required activity is required.
• A valid license from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing or relevant authorities (depending on the location), such as the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, must be available.
• The tourism accommodation facility management license application form and required information must be completed.
