This service enables the creditor to notify the security interests in movable assets. Such notice indicates the existence of an interest over the movable asset presented as collateral to the secured party (creditor). In the event that the debtor (the guarantor) fails to repay the debt, priority for enforcement is granted to the party who notified their interest first.

• An account must be created on the platform of "Unified Registry of Rights on Movable Assets".
• The user's account balance on the platform must be topped up to benefit from the services.
• The mandatory fields required for registering a notice of  security interest must be completed.
