Transfer of Commercial Registration Ownership for Sole Proprietorship

This service enables investors to apply for the transfer of the commercial registration ownership to or from another person.

The new owner must not be less than 18 years old.
The applicant must not hold a government position.
The commercial registration name must not be the personal name of the assignor.
The outstanding obligations to the General Organization for Social Insurance must be fulfilled in the event that there is an active subscription.
Should the assignor hold a position as a government employee, or should the commercial registration be issued under the personal name of the assignor, manual transfer of ownership to the new owner is required to be processed at the Ministry's designated branches.
